HOW
So, how do we get this kind of information without spending hours observing or interviewing an athlete?
The answer--our proprietary system looks at people in a completely different way than traditional, more simplified mental assessments.
For the athlete, the process itself is incredibly simple--a 30 minute assessment is completed online. From there, the information is analyzed and displayed within the SportsVP, a fully customizable tool that explains the athlete's strengths and weaknesses, along with recommendations on what to do--in your language.

Dr. Ed Murray (Principal) is a Ph.D psychologist and engineer with over 30 years of experience working as a successful Organizational Development consultant. Working with professional and college athletes and coaching staffs, he developed the SportsVP tool based on years of ground-breaking work uncovering the core dimensions within people. Dr. Murray hails from New York but currently resides in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Jim Ross (Principal) is a Business & Technology consultant and former college athlete with over 20 years of experience working with major corporations. He has a passion for athletics and is committed to helping his clients gain an edge in an extremely competitive industry. Mr. Ross currently resides in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
